Trees can be pruned anytime, however, the best time is during the dormant season. When removing branches, make cuts at the trunk or fork of the tree cutting at a slight angle, cutting just beyond the branches bark ridge. Always make clean, sharp cuts.
Shake well before using. Spray with can upright 6” (15 cm) from area to be sprayed with nozzle pointed away from eyes. Spray in short bursts using even strokes.
Stir with brush before applying. Pruning sealer is ready to apply as it comes from the container. However, if the material should become thick and heavy, add a small quantity of water and mix throughly until the mixture can be spread on in a thin, smooth coat and heavy enough to prevent running.
